What is EpilFree?
EpilFree is an add-on treatment that you can get after a waxing service to significantly slow the growth of hair in that area, and after 4-6 sessions, permanently remove hair in the area. This treatment is quick, easy, and pain-free. After waxing, your esthetician will apply two layers of product to your hair-free skin. The first product is an activator that opens your pores in preparation for the second product. The second product is a cream toner that is applied to the area to drastically slow the growth of hair. When used after waxing, EpilFree can reduce hair growth in the area by up to 90%! This is the most revolutionary method of permanent hair reduction since laser hair removal, and unlike laser removal, EpilFree is safe and 100% natural.
How does EpilFree Work?
The EpilFree after-waxing treatment consists of 3 simple steps:
Step 1 – Hair removal by waxing with an EpilFree Approved Wax
All unwanted hair should be thoroughly removed from the treatment area by waxing. For best results, it is required to use an EpilFree-approved hard or soft wax that leaves no residue. Do not apply any lotion, cream, oil, or other post-wax treatment on the area.
Step 2 – Applying and spreading Activator A.
Activator A disinfects the treatment area and opens the follicles to allow Toner B to enter.
Step 3 – Applying and massaging Toner B.
Apply Toner B to the treatment area and massage it into the skin with strong, firm pressure in the opposite direction of hair growth until absorbed.
After the EpilFree Treatment:
Instruct your client to not wash, bathe, swim, or perspire for 6 hours after treatment. No post-waxing products, creams, lotions, or makeup should be used during this time to maintain the treatment’s effectiveness.
